  MKDL Law is a paralegal services provider. We are not a firm of solicitors and are not regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA).       Nothing on this website or provided through our services constitutes legal advice. Our services are legal support services only.

  If your matter requires representation by a regulated solicitor, we will refer you to an SRA-regulated professional.

4. Engaging Our Services

  By instructing MKDL Law and making payment, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. A binding agreement is formed when we         confirm your instruction in writing (by email or message).

5. Fees and Payment

​

  Our fees are agreed in advance and communicated to you clearly before any work begins. Payment terms will be confirmed at the point of       instruction. We reserve the right to pause or cease work if agreed payments are not received.

  All fees are inclusive of VAT where applicable.

6. Refunds

​

  As our services involve the expenditure of professional time, we do not offer refunds once work has commenced, unless we have failed to         deliver the agreed service. Any refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

​

  MKDL Law will perform all services with reasonable skill and care. However, we cannot guarantee any particular outcome, whether legal,           financial, or otherwise.

  To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific service in question.         We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special losses.

8. Confidentiality

  We treat all client information as strictly confidential. We will not share your personal information with any third party without your consent,       except where required by law. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details of how we handle your data.

9. Referrals

​

  Where we refer you to a third party (such as an SRA-regulated solicitor or a mortgage broker), we accept no responsibility for the services         provided by that third party. Any agreement you enter into with a referred party is entirely separate from your agreement with MKDL Law.
